Joe Francis is a singer and songwriter from the South West who has toured internationally, signed record deals and recorded at Abbey Road Studios. He has performed live on BBC Radio 2 and has opened for artists including Seal, Paolo Nutini and Ben Howard.
Expect soulful vocals, crafted storytelling and a wide repertoire of classic songs that set an easy, elegant mood in the Nourish Lounge.

Rue is an English singer-songwriter and guitarist blending soulful vocals with a jazz-infused sound. Named “a future star” by Dart Music Festival, her 2024 singles earned BBC Introducing and Spotify playlist features. She’s performed at Boardmasters, The Great Escape, and London’s Pizza Express Jazz Club.

George Brown is a Cornwall-based singer-songwriter bringing a fresh perspective to the British country music scene. Inspired by artists like Morgan Wallen and Sam Hunt, his acoustic performances blend heartfelt storytelling with modern country influences. George's debut EP, A Town No One Knows, showcases his unique sound and has garnered attention across the UK.

Tom Dale performs a rich blend of blues, folk, and old-time Americana. With over 25 years performing across Cornwall, he captivates audiences with soulful slide guitar, intricate fingerpicking, and the haunting tones of his guitar. Tom’s powerful vocals and harmonica complete his heartfelt performances.
