Each space has its own individual flavour, with full kitchens and a range of bedroom options, but its safe to say that every beach apartment offers a lavish slice of ocean drama, with seaside splendour on a scale unmatched by almost every self-catering cottage in Cornwall. 

Embark on memorable coast path strolls, magical beach days or sumptuous spa experiences, all of which lie within moments of these special seaside spaces. But there is another option - simply give in to the pull of that balcony, with its ever-changing panorama of ocean drama, and abundant space for al fresco living.

Frequently Asked Questions
Booking, Payments & Cancellations

Deposits: A 20% deposit is required at booking. The balance is due six weeks before arrival (or in full if booking within six weeks).

Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, or bank transfers. There is no charge for credit card payments.

Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable; we strongly advise taking out travel insurance.

Can I use St Michaels Resort facilities?

Yes! As a guest of a managed beach residence, you enjoy complimentary access to the Health Club and swimming pool (booking required). You also receive a 10% discount in our restaurants, bar, and spa. Health Club classes are available for a £6 booking fee.

Arrival, Departure & Keys

Times: Check-in is usually from 4pm, and check-out is by 10am.

Keys: Please park in your allocated Liner space first, then head to the St Michaels Resort arrival lounge to check-in and collect your keys.

Is parking included?

Free parking is provided in the designated bay within the ground floor Liner Car Park. Vehicles must be registered at check-in. Note: Parking is not permitted in the main resort car park (Parking Eye system). E-charge points are only available for apartments 22 & 23.

What's provided in the residence?

Supplies: Most owners provide a welcome pack (tea, coffee, milk, sugar). Bedding and house towels are provided for the number of guests booked. Please bring your own beach towels and linen for travel cots.

Housekeeping: Daily cleans are not included but can be arranged for an additional charge at the time of booking.

Are beach residences dog-friendly?

Dogs are welcome in specific properties (indicated in descriptions) for a fee of £20 per dog, per night. Please keep dogs on leads in public areas, clear up after them, and ensure they stay off furniture and are not left unattended.

Smoking, Noise & No-Party Policy

Smoking: The Liner is 100% Smoke-Free, including balconies. This includes tobacco, marijuana, and vapes.

Parties: We enforce a strict No Party Policy. Quiet hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise or unauthorized visitors after 10pm may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Damages, Feedback & Support

Damages: The lead guest is liable for any damage or theft. We reserve the right to charge the card on file for repairs or missing items discovered after departure.
