GROUP TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions are in addition to our standard terms. Upon receipt of the signed contract, St Michaels Resort will contact the operator monthly to obtain updated rooms sold. Failure to provide the requested information may result in cancellation/reduction of rooms.
At 16 weeks prior to arrival:
St Michaels Resort will require written materialisation reports each week thereafter. Failure to provide St Michaels Resort with the requested information may result in cancellation/reduction of rooms.
At 13 weeks prior to arrival:
St Michaels Resort reserves the right to release unsold rooms as per the materialisation report. Only 2 rooms will remain on option. St Michaels Resort will request a non–refundable deposit of 20% of the entire full payment for the whole group, including accommodation, food, service & VAT. Payment must be made within 7 days. Failure to provide St Michaels Resort with the requested payment may result in cancellation. Once the 20% deposit has been paid, St Michaels Resort will allow for a reduction of 2 rooms at no charge, providing this is more than 28 days prior to arrival. Any further room reductions between 13 weeks prior to arrival and 6 weeks prior to arrival will be charged at 75% of the total cost. Additional rooms will be considered on a request basis.
At 6 weeks prior to arrival:
St Michaels Resort requires the operator’s final rooming list with any specific requests. Failure to provide St Michaels Resort with requested information may result in cancellation/reduction of rooms. St Michaels Resort will issue a revised contract and request the balance of all payment outstanding for all of the group’s agreed rooms and charges. Payment must be received within 7 days or this may result in cancellation/reduction of rooms. Any cancellations after this stage are non-refundable.
At 3 weeks prior to arrival:
St Michaels Resort requires the following information:
• Arrival time
• Departure time
• Preferred dining times
• Group dining tables are provided unless otherwise discussed
• Menu and dietary requirements
• Itinerary
• Tour leader and contact details
• Coach size
At 1 week prior to arrival:
St Michaels Resort will provide the operator with the first night’s dinner menu (if applicable). Pre-orders are required to be communicated to the hotel prior to arrival. St Michaels Resort endeavours to provide the best possible service and the requested information is required to ensure this is possible.
