On its own it brings fragrances of violets and fresh orange zest, but when combined with the robustness and crispness of Knightor’s sparkling wine from the vineyards of the Roseland, it packs a gigantic punch.”
25ml Tarquin’s Gin A hearty splash of Knightor sparkling wine Juice of half a lime Half a teaspoon of sugar (or a splash of sugar syrup if you have it) Lime skins sliced into ribbons to garnish
