International Men’s Day is a day to check in on the men in your life, and for men to check in with themselves. Often the hardest part of a tough time isn’t the tough time itself. It’s finding the words to say it out loud.

So we’re doing something about it. It’s bigger than sport. It’s a community showing up for each other.

Why men’s mental health matters

Man Down’s mission is to end the stigma and reduce male suicide by giving men a place to talk about how they really feel.

Who Man Down UK are

Man Down UK is a non-profit community interest company (CIC) that started in Cornwall. It runs free, informal, peer-led talking groups for men aged 18 and over. There’s nothing to book. Men just turn up, and they can share or simply listen. The money you raise helps Man Down reach more men who may be struggling, in Falmouth, across Cornwall and beyond. You can find out more at mandown.org.
