Our Mind Body Breath Retreat is a 4-day journey designed to help you better understand your mind, reconnect with your body, and build a more resilient, grounded way of moving through life.

Led by Cat Paterson, Anxiety and Performance Specialist and Wim Hof Level 2 Instructor, and Gemma Kelly, trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, Pilates teacher and wellness coach specialising in nervous system health, strength, and sustainable wellbeing.

Together, we combine mindset coaching, breathwork, Pilates, somatic movement, and cold water therapy to create a powerful, supportive experience that helps you create real and lasting change.

You'll leave with a deeper sense of inner strength and resilience, along with practical tools to navigate limiting beliefs, manage stress and anxiety, and move through challenges with more clarity and confidence.

Alongside a community of like-minded people, you'll explore how to work with your mind and body rather than against them, learning to regulate your emotions, build capacity, and feel more in control of your energy. There's something powerful about being in a space where you feel understood, supported, and not alone in what you're navigating.

Day 1 | Welcome to St Michaels

Arrive, settle, and begin

• Resort orientation and time to settle in

Day 2 | Breathe Deeply


Morning

• Breakfast in Brasserie on the Bay
• Welcome and connection session
• Somatic movement to prepare the body
• Breathwork session - tools for everyday life and performance

Afternoon and evening

• Lunch in Brasserie on the Bay
• Mindset session
• Ice bath ritual

Day 3 | Go Deeper

• Pilates and breathwork session

• Deep dive session — building body awareness and learning to listen from the inside out
